Mr James Haeney

From meeting the first time for 15 minutes I felt at ease and informed. I then saw Mr Heaney about six times to ask questions until I was totally happy, he made me feel valued for asking the questions, I am 65 years old and had wanted this for many years. On day of op Mr Heaney saw me, marked me up and said I can change my mind with refund. Of course I didn't. I also have an irregular heartbeat which threw up a few problems in after care, but Mr Heaney was totally over it. After surgery Mr Heaney saw me many times as early as 7am and as late as 9.30 the care I received was second to none. Over the weeks I have had a few concerns, Mr Heaney has seen me within a few hours and rang me . I am now 4 months post op with no complications. I can't praise him enough, He is caring, empathetic, and professional. What more can I say.

I cannot praise Mr Haeney enough. In such a worrying time, he not only instilled confidence but was kind, informative and extremely genuine in every aspect. His manner and expertise are second to none. He is undoubtedly an amazingly, experienced, conscientious, talented surgeon. But also a thoroughly nice man. I would recommend him to anyone and sat with confidence, you’re in the safest hands

What an absolutely amazing doctor Mr Haeney is. First met Mr Haeney for a consultation with my daughter who was so nervous. He could not have reassured her anymore, so kind and genuine, she came away confident in her decision and as a parent I felt so at ease knowing Mr Haeney would be taking care of her. On the day of her surgery he discussed everything with her, even making her laugh. He could also see how worried I was as her parent and was so calming. We could not have asked for a better experience and that's mainly down to how wonderful Mr Haeney is and his amazing team. The aftercare provided by the nurses was 5 star. He is clearly a very experienced and confident surgeon and that shows. Thank you, I know my daughter and I will forever be grateful.

Never have I ever met a doctor so calm, compassionate, patient and humorous. I had minor surgery today to repair a damaged nerve and Dr Haeney was so professional and reassuring from the start. I actually ended up giggling through most of the procedure and I’m very happy with the outcome and follow up care. Absolute legend, wish all doctors were like this

At the first appointment the problem with my skin was discussed with Mr Haeney and Mr Langford. After consideration I decided to have surgery. The care I received during the operation was wonderful. Mr Langford carried out the surgery, supported by very kind nursing staff. Thank you aa so much. Mr Haeney has discharged me from the clinic. He was having a very busy afternoon but treated me with real warmth.
